Our move-in inspections are more thorough than any in the business and are used to hold tenants responsible for damages they cause. Regular inspections are scheduled every four months and you will receive a written report after each regular inspection. Our bookkeepers keep track of your money, to the penny and you are sent a statement every month showing all income and expenses.
